System Overview

The humidity automatic calibration system is based on modern computer technology, software application technology, network technology, electronic information technology and relevant national calibration standards to achieve automatic calibration of various humidity sensors and centralized data management. The calibration process does not require manual intervention, greatly improving the calibration quality and efficiency, eliminating human errors, and the calibration data is accurate and reliable.

System software

The humidity automatic calibration system mainly includes humidity automatic calibration device, humidity automatic calibration software, database, and calibration management business subsystem. The humidity automatic calibration software is designed in an object-oriented and modular way to control the humidity automatic calibration device and perform automatic calibration on 16 pieces of HMP45D and other temperature and humidity sensors. The real-time curve interface can clearly reflect the actual humidity fluctuation in the temperature and humidity control chamber.
