System Overview

The automatic pressure calibration system is based on modern computer technology, software application technology, network technology, electronic information technology and relevant national calibration standards to achieve automatic calibration of various pressure sensors and centralized data management. The calibration process does not require manual intervention, greatly improving the calibration quality and efficiency, eliminating human errors, and the calibration data is accurate and reliable.

System software

The pressure automatic calibration system mainly includes pressure automatic calibration device, pressure automatic calibration software, database, and calibration management business subsystem. The pressure automatic calibration software is designed in an object-oriented and modular way to control the pressure automatic calibration device and perform automatic calibration on 8 pieces of pressure sensors at the same time. After the test is completed and submitted for review, the system automatically saves the test data to the database. Personnel with corresponding authority can review the calibration results in the audit interface of air pressure automatic calibration in the calibration management business subsystem. After the review is passed and approved, relevant certificates can be issued.
